History of La Maison Crouzil

In 1971, Colette and Jean-Pierre Crouzil settles in Plancoet to take over Hotel de la Gare.

Amongst their three children, Maxime distinguishes himself in the kitchen. At the age of 15 he starts culinary school. From that on, the son of Crouzil is trained by the master chefs of France like Gaston Lenotre, Jacques Lameloise, Christian Willer….

In 2005, Maxime Crouzil returns to his native region to join his family and work side to side as a chef de cuisine with his own father.

In 2012, Maxime Crouzil becomes the leader of the establishment in Plancoet.

After the flood damages in February 2014, La Maison Crouzil has been restyled to a more contemporary establishment, but the familiar and traditional ambience remains intact.
